When it might not be
It's not for everyone, and it's worth saying so. If you already have a well-stocked craft room and you love designing your own projects from scratch, a monthly box may feel like more than you need. What’s in a craft subscription box?
At Strike a Posie, each month's box is built around one craft. Everything you need to make it is in the box: the materials and a step-by-step guide. You don't need to hunt down supplies or work out what to buy. You open the box, follow the guide, and make it.
The craft changes every month, so you're not doing the same project on repeat. Recent boxes have included things like punch needle, and we announce the next month's craft one to two weeks ahead so you know what's coming.
What does it cost?
Our Craft Club subscription box is $59 for the box plus $10 postage, so $69 a month with postage included. There's no lock-in and you can cancel anytime.
It helps to compare that with what a similar afternoon costs elsewhere. A single workshop or class can easily cost as much as a box, and you have to travel, book, and fit in with someone else's schedule. With a box you make it at home, when it suits you, and you keep the finished piece.
